Rolling Suds Power Washing Professionals

I live in a condo on the second floor and rolling suds came and power washed our buildings. Last week. When I got home from work my front door which is black was all streaked and when I came into my condominium every window in my house was streaked and covered with whatever it is that they're using to clean your windows. I'm going to have to wash my windows all over again which I had just done 6 weeks ago unless they will come out and do it for me.

I was quoted to power wash my driveway which was stone pavers after I had just moved into a new home as well as my walkways, patios and pool area. They charged me $2,000+ and did half the job. I was also suprised and confused when the driveway didn't look any different and was told by the sales rep I spoke with that I shouldn't have expected any color change on old pavers in my driveway which I likely wouldn't've had them clean if they had told me it would have virtually no impact. On top of all that they skipped my back porch, the grilling area attached to the pool and the walkway to the fire pit behind my house. Overall it was a poor experience that cost me thousands and left me feeling scammed. They also stacked a mountain of patio furniture up in the corner of my pool area and did not

Cleaners were very nice and did a great job ceaning my house. However, the bleach spray they used left white wayer spots All over my brand new trek deck and all over my dark patio furniture.So I spent several hundred dollars getting my house clean, only to have to spend the weekend rescrubbing my deck and furniture. Which took several times because i couldn't tell it was clean until it dried which caused me having to Rewipe, scrub any spots that I missed or needed more attention. Literally took the entire weekend.

The cleaning itself was fine, and they did it at a good price. However, one member of the team tried to disentangle their hose with my pool cleaner hose and decided to just break my pool hose. Never said a word. I noticed when I inspected the work after the job was done. I had to reach out to my pool company to come and fix it. I understand accidents happen- but own up to it!

Had both my home and my stone and wood barn power washed by Rolling Suds. The barn was going to be stained so a through washing was in order. Estimate was given after I sent photos via email. Reasonable pricing. Crew was polite, through and professional. A job well done! I highly recommend this company!
