Do not use this company! Craig never followed up after pumping tank in 2023. He even noted on the ticket that he needed to come back to find the problem and fix it. Two years later, my tank backed up and overflowed creating a major problem at my home. A copy of the ticket from 2023 with Craig's notes was texted to the company. Craig's Septic refuses to take my calls or call me back. They are not a reputable company and are only quick about taking money from people rather than address problems they're responsible for. Do not use this company!

I called trying to find a company to pump out my septic. When the female on the phone heard that I was going to contact a few companies, she said we'll I'm not going to schedule you and hung up on me. I even have her name.

Rollins came out this evening to pump our septic , couldn’t ask for a better company !!! We be using Rollins from here on out !! Thanks again from the office to the guys you couldn’t ask for a better team!!

Couldn't be happier! Quick service, fair prices. I needed an inspection on my septic systems. They drained and pumped both systems, Identified a broken pipe that could have causes a serious issue in my back yard if not addressed properly. Craig came back the very next morning and the pipe dug up, cut out the damaged section and replaced with new. even threw some grass seed down! Best of all,...all of this work cost less than he originally quoted me! Thanks
