Would highly recommend. Every aspect of the operation including sales staff, office staff and installers were pleasant, professional and helpful. The installers were hard working and respectful of our home. Love our new windows and doors.

terrible customer service response..they take days to even call you back for an appointment, then when they do call you back they can’t schedule you for at least a month away..had to wait a month with 2/3 shutters completely closed till anyone came to service them..control system was burnt out so it was replaced with a less quality one..remote is less superior than the previous and currently not working less than 6 months later after a very expensive repair..the hourly rate is outrageous to even come out, OVER A MONTH LATER.. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT LESS SUPERIOR EQUIPMENT WITH EVEN WORSE SERVICE A MONTH FROM WHEN YOU EVEN GET A RESPONSE

I called Roll Secure because they originally installed our hurricane shutters. I wanted an estimate to install an override for one of our electric shutters plus maintenance and cleaning. They said that they would get back with me on an estimate for the override but its over a week and still no call. That is not the worst part of the encounter. I can understand that they might be busy. I really have a problem with the maintenance and cleaning service. They came in and sprayed the tracks of the shutters with lubricant. This took them about 10 to 15 minutes. I went back to there website after they left and the cleaning service should have included Removing the hood and ensuring shutters are operating properly and also cleaning the curtains front and back. None of that was done.I would never u

They are ALWAYS very professional and accurate. And they are busy so that is a good sign. We have worked with them twice as we are planning on doing ALL of our shutters so they are crank and not manual. So far we have done 9 of the 28 windows with them. Very good quality and service!!! highly recommend!
