Roman Discount Oil

Called them at 7am and left a message and I received a call back at 7:10am. They said we Can get you on the list for same day delivery and they did. They arrived around 8pm and it was so cold!!! Everything after that basically solidified me as an ongoing customer!! Being an honest business still means something to me so they gained a life long customer today. Thanks guys

GOD BLESS THIS COMPANY. MAY THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS BE PROSPEROUS. WE RAN OUT OF OIL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. WE DIDN’T KNOW UNTIL THIS MORNING WHEN WE AROSE TO OUR KITCHEN PIPES BEING FROZEN. UNFORTUNATELY OUR TANK IS IN THE GROUND AND WE HAVE NO WAY OF CHECKING IT WITHOUT STICKING A LARGE POLE IN THE GROUND TO GAGE THE LEVEL. I CALLED OVER 20. OIL SUPPLY COMPANIES AND NO ONE COULD GET TO US UNTIL AFTER THE STORM. I WAS IN MY CAR HEADED TO A FUNERAL AND ROMAN’S WAS THE LAST COMPANY I WAS GOING TO CALL. THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH WAS SO PLEASANT AND PATIENT WITH ME (I WAS A LITTLE FRAZZLED TRYING TO MAKE SURE WE HAD OIL AND PUMP GAS INTO MY CAR). WITHOUT HIM KNOWING WE HAD RAN OUT OF OIL I GAVE HIM MY ADDRESS AND HE STATED HE HAD ONE DELIVERY IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD TODAY AND WOULD TRY A

I called yesterday January 30th to get heating oil delivered to my house. I was promised that I would get my delivery the next day waited all day no one never showed up. Forget about someone picking up the phone you will never get an answer this company sucks bad business practice.

Got to give a huge shoutout to Roman Oil!!! With another company I always go through telling me they are 2-2.5 weeks back logged, Roman came same day!! Cant thank you enough Roman Oil!!!

The first thing that happened was the answering machine with a message about their fuel price and that you should leave you name and number and they would return your call. I did not receive a call-back for two days, so I called them again and left another message and again later the same day called again. Then I had to wait through the weekend and called again on Monday morning and still got the answering machine. I never received a call-back from this company. If you need oil, do not leave a message with Roman Oil. They will not return your call. Don't run out of oil waiting for a return call.
