Would definitely recommend Roman Floors and Remodeling to anyone needing new flooring. They were great to work with and did an excellent job on installing our carpet and laminate flooring throughout our entire home. They also drove way out of there way to come to us in Bay City Mi.

I have used Roman Carpet for approximately 8 yrs and I have been very satisfied. I experienced a seam problem with the multicolored carpet but they came out and repaired it and I haven’t had anymore issues. The owners have always given me a good price which included removing/hauling away the old carpet. I’ve experienced excellent customer service from both owners, installers and employees. I definitely will be a repeat customer😊

I went with this company last year from a referral to have carpet put in my basement. Recently the carpet started to peel and unravel at the edge of my call. I called the company to ask about their warranty and if they could fix it. They said they would send someone out to my home to look at it while they were in the area. No one ever called or came out to take a look at it. Now when I call the company, no one answers. I’ve sent several emails and no response. This company doesn’t seem like they stand behind their work quality or craftsmanship. They did a great job at coming out to give me a quote and collecting the money. And they installed the carpet in one day very quickly. Now that their is a problem or something I need corrected, they are no where to be found and won’t return my call/
