Roman Oil Co

Roman Oil was recommended from a neighbor that was satisfied with their service when he had issues with his heat. We primarily heat with a wood stove and use oil as a backup source but this morning found that one of our zones of heat was not working. I pay for Roman Gold (a few hundred $$ once per year) and just experienced its value. The tech was here an hour after I called. He was having trouble finding the frozen pipe and had another tech come out to help. Together they were searching for a solution to the problem when the owner himself showed up to assist. We recently switched to Roman Oil for our HVAC service and oil delivery. We could not be happier. The office staff are consistently helpful, friendly, and personable. When we needed service recently on our whole house humidifier, Chris came out promptly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have nothing but great things to say about Roman Oil. We've been customers of Roman Oil since we became homeowners, and we've gotten so much value from their service plans over the years. The annual cleaning has extended the life of our boiler, and it's so nice not having to worry about whether we have enough oil because it gets delivered regularly. We also love everyone who works there - the ladies who answer the phone are always friendly, and the technicians who come out are great.

We have been customers for about five years and are totally satisfied with Roman Oil. Called in the other day with a no hot water issue – service tech was out in around an hour and got us up and running promptly.
