These kids that put in my pool were very unprofessional. They left razer blades all around the pool after installing. Told me to pile dirt up onto the pool instead of getting a retaining wall. They had way to many people on the job for a three man job and were WAY over prized. Told me that it was a rust free pool for salt water pools and after three years its already rusting. Never gave me a pool manual ether...!!!

I cannot say enough about this amazing company! Our pool is beautiful and the crew was so professional. Above that, the were unbelievable kind and patient-our son has Down syndrome and wanted to help with every bit of the process. The crew was FABULOUS with him and our daughter! They did not have to be so patient and kind- answering questions of an 11 and 12 year old, but they did and took extra special care to make sure our pool was absolutely perfect!!! I realize some people don't believe it matters what people are like-I 100% disagree and love to give my business to people of integrity, as well as, fabulous construction-we could not be happier! I was super worried about what our concrete would look like as we have a lot of natural stone around our home and it looks awesome. Roman

Very unprofessional. Didn't put in the pool liner the next day and only put up the shell of the pool and left the liner to the side where mice could have gotten to it. They also didn't say sorry for not putting it up the next day like they said they would. He also said we were "overlooked" and then on the phone said they didn't have enough people then changed it to everybody wanted a longer day off for memorial day weekend (like dude, pick an excuse) even though they would have gotten it done on the Friday and have the whole entire weekend to relax 🙄. They also got the wrong color. We ordered a tan shell, but got a light grey shell instead. Didn't even tell us the color was changed. After debating and talking with several pool installers, I felt that Roman's was the best fit for my needs. I purchased a 24' above ground pool. I can honestly say that from the initial decision to purchase said pool to the actual installation, I have been extremely satisfied. The people in the store and the install crew have all been very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have had to ask lots of questions, as I haven't had a pool like this before. The install crew took less than 2 days to prep the area, put up the walls and liner and start to fill. I also had them do my electrical work and have been so glad I did. I would recommend Roman's to anyone who is looking for a pool.

Had a problem with our filter, Robert went beyond and took the part I needed from another filter he had at the store. Then when we continued to have problems I called him after hours. He not only gave us ideas on how to fix it. He called back with other ideas. Which happend to solve the problem. Then called later for an update. Talk about caring about customers and their pools. I eill use them from now on!!!! 5 stars customer support!!!!
