Romanelli & Son

I've been a Romanelli customer since I moved into my home in 2024. I've had nothing but a great experience since I've been with them. From the people in the main office down to the techs, everyone has been extremely helpful and kind to me especially during the cold winter months. I believe their pricing to be fair and affordable. One tech especially, whose name is Dave, had come to my home to fix issues with my boiler twice and was quick and efficient both times.

The thermostat was not working properly, the heat was rising, called up, they were here so fast. Holly came to the house he has been here before. Nicest man ever, took care of everything and treated my older mom so nice. Thank you!

Have to say very disappointed in the service. It took 4 service men one that sat there for two hours and kept telling me I did something to burner!Then left a mess of wet rags and water in my basement! Which company didnt give a crap. Lol. Second one was very nice at least he was calling a coworker to help him figure it out.The others no clue. The shinning star who came and figured it out in ten minutes was Dave. He was the most professional of them all. So friendly and concerned about fixing it. If it was not for DAVE I would switch companies. Give this man a raise. Or have him train the other service guys. All I can say is Thank god for Dave fixed my heat in ten minutes.

Tech was very rude to my mother and refused to fix the issue walked outside and called his plumber friend to call her. While he was in the truck and then came back inside grabbed his gear and left , contracted service with company for 30plus years and takes care of my autistic niece left the section of the house with no heat

THE WORST OIL COMPANY ! BEWARE !! They sign you up for service contracts that you did not sign for and then have the worst customer service ! The most incompetent workers who hang up on customers when you catch them lying to you ! They try to over talk you and when you give them the facts they don’t know how to answer you so they hang up and hide from the phone ! Denise the manager has no idea how to run a business and literally caught her lying to me for charges that did not exist ! I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn’t in . Will be reporting them to the better business bureau immediately!
