They swinged by the same day for an estimate and emailed me a very detailed quote. Angelique was so helpful along the whole process with all my questions and concerns, including filling out my HOA form. I can tell they are very good at what they do as everything was streamlined from beginning to end. The painter did a pre-start walk through, pressure washed, repaired, taped up, painted and cleaned up. He showed up on schedule everyday and finished the project promptly. We’ve had a great experience with Roman’s Painting to repaint the exterior of our home in Vistancia (required by HOA). They provided an estimate the next day after reaching out and were always available throughout the process. The owner (Rafael) provided the estimate and was on site throughout the project. They were very competitively priced while using the best paint and providing the same things as the other companies we’d contacted. We’d recommend them to anyone and will use again in the future if needed.

Romans painted our house and we were very pleased. They power washed the exterior and taped and covered everything necessary. I’ve never seen so much effort put into making sure nothing was missed. Then they applied two coats of high quality paint and cleaned up everything perfectly. If you are looking for a great job at a fair price, this is the one to hire.
