Everyone was awesome! Sales, install and office staff were spectacular. I received four quotes and they actually “listened” to me verse cramming a high end unit down my throat like the rest. My rating is excellent!

They were AWESOME. I called at 1:30pm on a Sunday. A tech was here not even an hour later and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 30 mins. The tech was very knowledgeable, thorough and gave me options for maintenance plans that could save me money on the service call that day. He was excellent! I’m a firm believer in this company and have chosen to enroll in their totally affordable and appropriate bi-yearly maintenance plans. Seriously.. this is the company to call. Coming from a single mom just weeks before Christmas, they were caring and looking for ways to help me save money but also fix the issue. Highly recommend!

Kyle was our service tech. He was friendly, polite and trustworthy. I appreciate that he answered questions, pointed things out and we didn’t get the typical you need “x,y,z which will cost an extra $500”. Highly recommend.

When the ac was installed the pipe was impeding the entrance doorway to the get into the house. Then they sealed the door to change the filter so we were running it for 10 days with no filter. They came and fixed it. Added a filter to the vent in the house. They added a new vent and cut the hole facing the wrong way. Whatever it’s a new vent. It was just very frustrating that there had to be a lot of back-and-forth. A lot of misconstrued conversations and things that were confusing. The communication after my initial phone call about the filter not being accessible and pictures and text being sent went unanswered for several days until we contacted them again they were told they never got any phone call from us, but I spoke to the office manager at 5:30 on a Friday night and sent text me

Roman's Service has proven to be outstanding. From the first estimate, their staff (salesman Jerry and the 2 installers, Walkens and Ibsen, office staff -Krystal) has been prompt, courteous and never pushy or high pressure. Every visit was on time and communication was exceptional. The salesperson Jerry paid us a visit or two and chatted patiently while we made our decision. He was sweet, sincere and kind. I would recommend Roman's to anyone looking for an A/C company. Our price was fair, even competitive, and the inspector even complimented about the installation. Overall rating-superb!
