PLEASE PLEASE READ if you are comparing this company to others please be careful as they are the perfect example of a FLY BY NIGHT company. We were left with a hole in the middle of our driveway and were promised to be taken care of as soon as the plants opened back up after the winter. Never happened. We even reported them to the Better Business Bureau where they promised a visit to see what they’d have to fix but never showed up. They completely blocked our number and seems like we got the tail light warranty now. I just wished I didn’t rush into going with this company. After spending around 16K that I’ve been saving for the last 5yrs to do this job, getting screwed with poor work and no response now. We were stuck to either getting a lawyer and pay even more money or just deal with it.
I had good experience with Ron and his wife, really nice people scheduled for new driveway install and gave me good price. Now my bad experience is My job got delayed to next day Wednesday and no call no showed and I reached out to AL project manager who told me on Wednesday that won't be until following Monday now. Long story short I cancelled the job and AL text me very friendly at first and then when I then when I simply told him I don't want to move forward with this job he went off saying I'm full of it and I'm a clown and wasted his time which in reality he wasted my time with the first delay then no call no showed the following day and If I didn't reach out to him I would have never known about the second delay of five days.
