Ron Hartman Concrete Inc lacks INTEGRITY. Mr. Hartman is quick to come to the site to estimate the project but everything that occurs afterwards is very poor. We called July 28 requesting an estimate for a sidewalk to be completed by Sept. Mr. Hartman came to our home on July 31 to see the scope of work. We waited until Aug 7 to receive the estimate and a contract by US Mail. The contract was missing several items that were discussed. We called on Aug 8 to ask about the missing contract items and to ask again if the work could be completed by Sept. Mr. Hartman said he would call us back the following week (Aug 13-17) to let us know if the work could be completed by Sept. He did not call. On Aug 18, we called again. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I was told they were busy thru April/May 2021. I was okay with that and also was okay with a January price adjustment for concrete price changes that they stated would occur in January 2021. Called after Mr. Hartman was 25 minutes late for our appointment. He said he had no idea who I was and didn’t have me on his schuedule. He again said he was busy thru April 2021 and I said that’s fine I will wait and expressed the difficulty of finding good concrete guys and ones who are booked out are worth the wait. He then “him-hawed”around and said his son just signed a contract yesterday and they are busy until at least June or July (not even 5 mins after he said April 2021). I said that’s fine and after 5 more minutes of him skirting a commitment........

Absolutely fantastic crew. Stamped my sidewalk and it looked incredible.
