2-6-25 this is the second time we used their services. They were here the very next day as promised, earlier than we expected but we were ready for them. They did an excellent job, took their time to explain everything. In and done. Thank you ALL so much. Nice to know that we can rely on a local 1.8 miles away company such as Roney's Plumbing.

Very Quick to come out! Fixed my clogged drain, rearranged it and were very nice! I would 100% recommend. Didn’t break the bank either

Was not quoted there would be a charge to use the machine to unclog a drain even though it was discussed over the phone prior that I was going to need it used when asking for quote. Then the workers did not have the full 100ft of snake that's supposed to be kept on the truck (they literally talked about who removed and used it) so they had to wait 20 minutes for another truck to bring them some more. Overall was here an hour fifteen minutes, was charged an hour and half of time. I called to ask about removing the extra half hour since they were sitting there waiting which is what put us over an hr. Was told I wasn't charged for drive time so that's a reasonable price. Never in my life have I been charged for drive time. They didn't pull any debris out of the clogged drain and it's not an o

Had an appointment at noon but worker called me at 830am. Had to travel a county over since he changed the time to accommodate himself. So the $125.00 charge went to $185.00 I assume because he had to wait on me to get in the home. Won't get my business again. If they would have keep the time agreed upon I could had been there ahead of time. Unprofessional

Wonderful plumber, nice and attentive, but labor costs are high. $125 flat rate for visit + labor. Leak was at spigot. Cost $514!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE! I felt preyed upon.
