I have been putting off reviewing this for this past year in hope that things would be better. I am the wife. I wanted a certain look to my cabinets and did not get it. There was almost zero communication while building the cabinets and when they arrived, they were not what I wanted. I was told by the owner that I was the one who changed them! Ugh! Now, I have to live with cabinets that I did not order. No communication is the worst complaint that we both have! Right now, we have been trying to call for the past 5 months because the job is not completed (although completely paid for). No response to calls or texts from both of us. We are going to have to eat the cost and find someone else.
I am proud to say that my kitchen cabinets were made by Tom & Cody.
