Ron's Heat & Air

I just recently moved here, and my finances are being managed by my mother at this time because she holds my trust. The service man who came out was polite. He did the job and he got it done quickly. I was pleased with that. He spoke to my mother on the phone, went out to his service truck and she got it paid for and he left.. Today December 30, 2024 I get a call from Ron’s he and Air informing me that the payment had been kicked back due to fraudulent behavior. I chuckled a little bit, and I assured her that it wasn’t fraud and that it could be taken care of with one phone call to my mother.. She proceeded to threaten me that she is fixing to call the police on me. Apparently the owner Ron isn’t there for two weeks and nobody’s really running that business. In addition to that I find out

This company is great. They are always friendly, professional, offers maintenance contract for Spring/Fall checkups, and they always do a good job. Very dependable with good pricing. Thank you for years of great service for us.

I have actual experience with Ron and his crews, on multiple occasions, for different jobs. I had a new unit not cooling, Ron's identified that the compressor was the issue due to incorrect wiring. Ron could have easily charged me for a new compressor, they repaired the unit quickly and for a minimal cost, fixing another company's mistake. That's honesty. I should have had Ron install that new unit initially. Staff is very friendly, competent and providing great customer service. I have never been disappointed and that is why I continue to use them. Again, this is my legitimate experience, not hearsay from another.

Nothing but positive things to say about Ron's Heat and Air. We called to schedule routine maintenance and were put on the schedule within a few days. We have also had to call after hours when our compressor engine froze up. They were able to come out and replace the compressor engine within a few hours of calling. Very professional and prompt service. Highly recommend Ron's!

“Billy” came out to service our air conditioning unit. He told us we had “no” Freon an there was a leak in the coil in the attic an when he removed the shield it was blowing air. We were told we needed a new air conditioner to the tune of nearly $8000.00. I got a 2nd opinion and for a $90. service fee we needed no Freon, a switch had been flipped an we have been running nice and cool for over 3 weeks now! I’d be very hesitant to trust this company.
