Roof Masters Plus

I would not allow then to roof my dog house. I have a leak in the roof they installed 5 years ago and they will not stand by the warranty and won't answer our calls. What an unprofessional business to deal with.buyer beware. Wish Mike or Tish would return our calls and stand by the warranty.

Roof Masters installed new metal roofing and new gutters on our house, garage, and shed. They did a great job and are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

They installed a metal roof for us which does look beautiful. However, they were also supposed to install gutters. It's been several years now, and we still haven't gotten the gutters. Since the gutters were not put on the house, with all the rains and storms, the foundation shifted and cracked. I just had to have $17,000 in foundation work done. We've made contact with them several years in a row and was told they haven't forgotten us and it's been at least 4 to 5 years. Just last night, we discovered that we have one spot in our roof that started to leak, and we have a lifetime warranty on this roof. I did leave a message but not sure if i'm going to hear back or not.

Mike and his wife fought with our insurance company for 6 months to get the payout we deserved for our damaged roof. We decided on a new metal roof and 6 inch gutters to go with our new siding. It looks amazing and everyone we know in our small town have complimented us on how good it looks. I recommend Roof Masters Plus to anyone. They will go the extra mile for you.

They had done a great job on mine and my grandmother's roof. The reason for one star is none of that matters if you don't respond to warranty claims. I've called at least 5 times. I was told twice someone would be there to look at it. Unfortunately that never happened. Good luck getting anything done after the install is complete, hope you don't have any issues.
