Roof Medic

Had a tree fall from my neighbor’s house that took out a corner of my roof. After a couple of bad experiences with other roofers, I finally found Roof Medics. They worked with my insurance to get the work done and I am beyond satisfied with their workmanship, communication, cleanup and respect for my property. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I ever need and roofing or guttering.

I have been thinking about how to write this review for a while. We have a 20 year old house and the roof started leaking, so we needed a new roof. After looking around we went with the Roof Medic company – and man – that was the right decision. The roof here was old and not in good shape – and to get the approvals for the homeowners association took forever. Though out Aaron and all the people at the Roof Medic was amazing. They even offered to temporarily repair the roof just in case it rained. Fortunately – it did not! The overall experience was stellar – just one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. I cannot even begin to express the amazing experience I had with Roof Medic as it was so fabulous that when I drive up to my home now I cry with tears of absolute joy! They are the most professional and caring people to work with! The roof color choice, copper, and wonderful black gutters made my home beyond beautiful! I had a tree fall on my house during a storm and reached out to Roof Medic during a really stressful moment. From the very first call, I immediately felt at ease after speaking with Benny he was kind, calm, and reassuring, which made a huge difference. Then Michael came out to assess the damage, and that’s when I truly knew I was in good hands. The entire team made the process incredibly easy and even communicated directly with my insurance company on my behalf, which took a massive weight off my shoulders. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. I also want to give a special shoutout to Aaron, who did a great job assisting with my gutter replacement everything was handled smoothly and with care.

Our roof was twenty (20) years old, and we began to have water / moisture leaks inside our drywall. Fortunately, I discussed our situation with Michael Fargas, Roof Medic, and he was extremely diligent and fast for scheduling the work crews for replacing our entire roof.
