Roof Rescue is an amazing company, I had hail damage to my roof that required a section of shingle repair. I have a high pitched roof. First I had several local companies inspect my roof and they did not provide the resources ( photos or videos of the damage) or solutions ( repairs or future inspections) only replacement ( a one time transaction)Most companies wanted to replace my 8 year old roof with a new roof costing between 12K-18K. Roof rescue first provided a complete inspection of my roof along with a video of the damage area. The same day they responded quickly with recommendations for repair and quote that included cleaning out gutters and refreshing sealants on penetrations including the skylight & Chimney base. My home had a 50-year-old concrete tile roof. It needed replacing. After getting several bids which i was not happy with, I met with Hailee and Cesar. They listened to my concerns and what I needed. They brought samples of what I had described and gave me a detailed explanation of what to expect. One of my primary requests was that they have a PM on site as I did not want to supervise the work myself. The replacement went very smoothly and fast. Either Hailee or Cesar was on-site during the process, and both were courteous, neat and very professional. I was kept informed at all times. The crew cleaned the complete area after completion. Hailee and Diego did a fantastic job. Replacement of 4 pipe boots. They were here on time, worked without stopping all morning, and were professional, extremely competent and the work was finished beautifully to match my other shingles. Would be happy to have them back to do more work in the future and will recommend them to my neighbors.
