I can't say enough good things about Tyler and the Austin crew of Roof Right Now! Working with Tyler on our new roof was hands-down THE BEST customer service experience I have had with a contractor. Highly, highly recommend Tyler and his crew. Many neighbors were getting their roofs done due to the hail storm and many of them took 2 days to do it. Ours was done same day...100 A+! Tyler even sent me pics during the process, so I got updates while I was working. We changed our roof with them This July. (By the way, we have been using our roof for the last 17 years. Never had a problem with it). We changed it because we wanted to renew our solar system. Yesterday, during the rain it started leaking And they came this morning. They were really responsive but instead of fixing it they said it is not their fault to fix it. According to them it is related to chimney which caused no problem all these years. What a coincidence. I am really disappointed.
