What A terrific experience. Roof solutions did the roofs of about seven of my neighbors. I asked around and all recommended I use them. That is about seven referrals within a two block radius. They were amazing. They worked on my schedule with our property being an Airbnb, pausing the job for two days while I had a non-cancelable guest coming in. As I feared, my project was a very difficult one. There were three levels of shingles,, shaker style, that had been there nearly 100 years. The entire roof had to be re-sheathed. Throughout, the project was not your typical one, and roof solutions rose to the occasion. I opted for asphalt roofing, and I’m glad I did. I got my flat roof re-coated through Roof Solutions in summer of 2025. The price was reasonable, and I was able to get it scheduled in the same month that I called. Manager Marco invested time in inspecting the roof, carefully explaining the procedures, and was very good communicating with me over the quote and answering my questions which I appreciated. He also was very responsive and timely in addressing an issue that came up post job completion. The Roof Solutions team was also good about answering email correspondence and billing.

Roof Solutions recently replaced our 40+ year old roof from our 1500 sq. ft. home. We were extremely pleased with their workmanship. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The project took 5-days, and they worked efficiently without cutting corners. The crew was respectful of our property, kept the work area clean each day, and made sure everything was done to perfection. The new roof looks absolutely beautiful and gives our home a fresh, updated look. Communication was excellent throughout - we knew what stage of the process they were on, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clear. Very good experience with Roof Solutions. Not only did their competence & efficiency shine through throughout the experience, but the management (boss, secretary) & workers were decent, nice folks whom you could look in the eye and speak frankly with. We were concerned about clean up and they came back for an extra sweep which was pretty nice!

Roof Solutions exceeded all of our expectations. The quality of their work was excellent. The pricing was also better than we had expected. They were professional in all they did and we will be using them again for some other roofing needs that we have.
