Roof Tops

We knew our roof was old when we bought the house, but we thought we had 3-5 years before we needed to think about it. Apparently insurance didn't agree with our timeline 🤦🏼‍♀️ As first time homebuyers, Mike and his team made this headache of a problem completely painless. Mike came by and walked my husband and I through the repair process, and provided a reasonable quote, and assured us that the first day that was warm enough they would get to work. He was kind, communicative, and professional, and was with the crew all day to oversee the new installation. I recently need some ice dam clearing due to the winter weather. I came across Mike business online and he was quick to respond. I sent over some pictures and he was able to give me a very reasonable price to help address the ice dam. He told me he was able to squeeze me in next day given most roofer were very busy. On the day of the service he kept me inform of his arrival time. He did a pre-inspection walkthrough with me and identify another section I missed taking a picture of. His crew was efficient with removing the ice dams and excess snow off the roof. As Mike was working he took a picture of the problem area. So it gave a piece of mind where to keep an eye out on that problem area in the future. After they were done, they clean all the snow from the ground that came off the roof.

Mike and his crew are a well oiled machine. I was very pleased with the communication before, during, and after the job. They worked together well and even my neighbors mentioned how efficient they worked while also doing a quality job. My home looks incredible and I would definitely recommend Mike. I had ice dams that built up all around my roof following the heavy snow fall, which started to create leaks in the house.
