Richard was highly recommended from a friend. Through the whole process Richard helped ease my anxiety from the very beginning always quick to return calls and texts. Him and his crew done an awesome job. Richard is the type of person the every business should follow, he cares about the customer from start to end and beyond and when most businesses just want to sale and make you feel like your in a revolving door never answers or returns calls days later leaving you hanging out to dry. They are doing my nextdoor neighbors roof, trashed my backyard, blocked my mailbox so I couldn't get mail and no one has offered to clean up the mess. I am very impressed with Joe and this company. We are in need of a simple repair, so Roof Hawk was recommended to me by a family member. I was most impressed with the fact that Joe was concerned about the potential for any roof repair to void the warranty on our roof. Since our roof is still under warranty with another company, it was suggested that I try to check with them to be sure it was ok for Roof Hawk to do the repair. I cannot say enough good things about Roof Hawk. The sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable and had great follow-up. the scheduling due to the winter storm was changed a few times, but weather is unpredictable. The roofing installation crew was simply amazing. They started early, worked hard all day and finished the next morning. I did give the crew a cooler of water and gatorade which they appreciated given the hard work they were doing. I would highly recommend Roof Hawk. Thank you!!!
