I contacted Kevin because I’ve obtained his services before and he was always reasonable and got the job done. This time was the same, he showed up when he said he would, was very professional with my tenant, evaluated where the leak was coming from and fixed it all in one day. Kevin Leko of Roofing and Exteriors did a great job for us on three projects: exterior siding installation, rebuilding our deck and remodeling an old apartment. None of these projects was straight-forward or simple, since our house is old, but Kevin was able to handle them all with skill. He is a fantastic problem solver. Very smart and honest.
