Never use this roofing contractor, Adam Miller, owner. After a year of dealing with excuses, tile order never picked up, started job without a city roofing permit. Avoid this company.

Its very rare to find a company that exceeds your expectations like Roofing experts of South Florida . We are extremely happy with the concrete tile roof they did for us. They immediately responded to our call and provided estimates for tile, shingles and metal. Adam took the time to go over all our options and make sure we were informed every step of the way. The workers showed up when scheduled. Worked from early in the morning til late at night, and on the weekend to get our re-roof done. Never left a mess. Never had to be asked to do anything....they just did it! Roof was completed in a timely manner and at a good price. We love our new roof and get lots of compliments from neighbors. More than just roofing experts, our roof came out beautiful and now a year with multiple storms still problem free, but the manager Adam was able to guide us through getting a new insurance policy. Like others, insurance said they were dropping us after the roof was turning 30. Adam was able to guide us when getting a new policy and making sure we had proper coverage with our new roof. He also made sure we got the proper discounts since he got us the best roofing system available. His employees were all super nice and communicative. A stressful situation and a big purchase, Adam really made the process as painless as it could be. 6 out of 5 stars 🌟

We had a leak near our chimney. Adam came out and looked at the job and provided a variety of options and costs. His crew came out and did the work; they worked very hard and left no mess. It's rained (hard!) several times since the work was finished, and I'm happy to report that there are no more leaks. Adam is professional and helpful. I hope we don't have any more leaks, but if we do, I would call Roofing Experts back out.

I had Roofing Expert of South Florida reroof on 2021 with 10 years labor warranty. Now on 2023, I have a leak. It destroyed my ceiling, my wall and the laminated floor. I tried to contact Roofing Expert few times by phone (left voice message and a text message) and email, and no one pick up the phone or rely to my email. I even drove to office in West Palm Beach, and unit 122 did not open or even working. It is raining/hurricane season here, and I don't feel safe with this roof. If you won't contact me back, I will have to take legal action.
