Roofing & Exterior PROS

Company is great to work with and kept me posted on plans. The crew that replaced our roof was very respectful and went above beyond when it came to cleanup!! The recommendation on the shingle color was awesome….cant wait until they add the gutters and stuff!!! Shout out to this company and highly recommend them for your roofing needs!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Roofing and Exterior Pros. I initially dealt with the owner, but partway through the project, someone else took over without clear communication or explanation. From that point forward, there was a complete lack of coordination among employees and contractors. The first group of contractors quit after two days, and we were then assigned multiple different crews—four in total—none of whom seemed aware of what the previous team had completed. This lack of organization resulted in poor workmanship throughout the project. Several issues remain unresolved. Light fixtures were reinstalled incorrectly—one is not connected to a switch, and another does not work at all—yet I was still charged for their installation. Portions of the siding are coming loos

I used Roofing and Exterior PROS to replace my roof, gutters, and downspouts after a storm and couldn't be happier. They were also able to easily get a supplement from insurance to replace all damaged plywood under my shingles that wasn't included in the initial insurance claim. The work got done in one day, and they cleaned up my property and left no mess behind like i've seen other contractors do. Will definitely use again in the future.

Imagine if you spent $16k on a new roof just for it to leak, then you call the company time after time to come fix their poor workmanship and they apply caulk all over the source just for it to continue to leak. Just a shame. I guess they get too much business to stand by their work and fix problems. Please no one use this company, there are far better out there

They did an excellent job, they even painted my roof vents to match roof, on time, cleaned up entire area, highly recommend...Mike Brown
