After a year old struggle with roofers, being scammed and just giving up on this process. Chirs and wife came to my house a couple of weeks ago for a free quote, and I’m here to say the name of their company actually fits. They have improved this year long process by so much and finally tomorrow our new roof will be put on. No pushy sells, no add on or hiden fees and the such pleasant folks all the way around. I highly suggest Roof Hero’s. I will update before and after once installed. All around very honest and reliable. Thank you guys again for all of your help and being so understanding and honest.

Chris and his wife stayed in contact with us from the start. They let us know step by step what they were doing and when. They made us feel like a priority. They gave us multiple free upgrades on our roof. They replaced boards, boots, vents and more. Chris sat down with us after inspecting our roof with pictures of everything that needed to be done and after the roof was completed, he sat down with us and showed pictures and a video of our new roof from a drone. Before leaving our yard, Chris and his crew cleaned the yard up and made sure nothing was left behind. Roofing Hero was very professional with reasonable prices and I would recommend them to anyone. We recently had a hail storm which damaged our neighborhood roofs. Roofing Hero LLC contacted me about a roof inspection. I agreed to a free inspection with no obligations. We set the appointment. Chris was great! He communicated very well about when he would arrive to inspect my roof. Not pushy, just informative. When he arrived Chris explained what his process was, and while he did he noticed my blower lying of the floor and offered to blow off my roof while he was up there! Great guy, he went above and beyond my expectations. He showed me photos he had taken of damaged shingles, and explained in detail every issue, and that my shingles held up well so I didn’t need replacements. He refused any payment. Incredibly kind and patient. Thank you Chris!!!
