This was my first experience with a roof replacement and I was nervous about it. Back in March, a hail storm rolled through my area and caused a lot of damage. I received a letter from Restoration Roofing regarding an inspection and luckily, I made the call instead of disregard it. I had many calls and texts with Jennifer, who came out with Jeff to inspect my roof. The communication was excellent. Outstanding people to talk to and very knowledgeable. I made a claim that was ultimately denied (if you have progressive for homeowners insurance, switch to another company). Chris was amazing to work with! There was hail damage to my roof and I had another company look at it but they were denied by insurance. Chris was able to get my insurance company to approve the claim and was able to start and finish the work quickly. He even got insurance to cover new gutters. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team to anyone needing a new roof!

Words cannot express how Chris and the Roofing Restoration team has been so helpful with the renovation of our home. Back during the June storms, a tree fell from our backyard to our roof resulting in damages from the second level to the basement.
