Late to writing this review - I wasn't going to since we finally were done with this company and I didn't want to deal with this anymore but I just found nails on our roof and am so upset with RRSA Solon. I'll try to keep this short. We commissioned RRSA to replace our roof and fix some siding. This company overpromises and under delivers. Before we signed the contract, they: - Agreed to replace our roof - Agreed to fix the siding on our house. We specifically requested that this be included in the contract and they assured us it wouldn't be an issue. - Assured us that if they broke anything, they'd fix it. - Assured us their team will install appropriately and clean up after themselves. Communication was extremely frustrating with this company. Our insurance company also had difficulty

Extremely happy with the work that was provided to us. Salesman Tres come out within 24 hours of me contacting him to evaluate our need. On the day of replacement Project Manager Cody was onsite the entire day to oversee the project and answer any questions. Tres came by to check in, as well and then called later in the evening to double check on everything. Processes were clear and explained upfront. I would highly recommend RRSA for any needed roof repairs. I am so glad we went with them. Our roof stands out and makes our home POP! Thank you.

Tres Medlock is an extremely kind and professional sales representative for RRSA! Him and Chris made the process of getting our roof replaced after a hail storm a breeze! They are very knowledgeable of the process with insurance and reassuring during the stress. Our roof is beautiful and the crew were all very kind and professional. 100% recommend RRSA and Tres Medlock.

Tres was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had an 11 year old roof that had developed some leaks. Before proceeding with with any other remodeling, the roof needed replacing. Tres was there every step of the way, explaining the products available and the step by step process. We highly recommend Tres & RRSA! So pleased with the quality work, as well as the clean-up!
