⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed and Ignored After the Job We had our roof replaced by synergy roofing which is the same company about five years ago, and the shingles have never looked right. From day one, the color was uneven and blotchy. When I called, the technician said it would “even out over time,” but five years later it still looks terrible. I’ve tried contacting the owner several times for help or even an inspection, but my calls and messages have been ignored. For the amount of money we spent, I expected at least some accountability. Poor follow-through and zero customer service once the check clears. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This team went above and beyond for my client as the situation evolved and they evolved with everything that came up along the way. The property was 92244 Nowlans Drive, Astoria, OR 97103, I was the listing agent and we had a buyer with financing. After the inspection it was soon realized the home needed a ton of work. Synergy was fair, fast, & reliable. They earned my business, and I will always keep them in mind if anything comes up for any of my clients. Great job team keep up the good work.

Synergy Construction Group and their roofing team did an outstanding job with our roof installation. When a squirrel chewed through our vents (outside of warranty), they offered a fair solution to the problem. Sabel and his son Julian came back right away to fix it—no questions asked. I was blown away by their responsiveness and care. It's rare to find a company that stands by their work like this. Highly recommend!

We had tried for months to find a company to do roof repair. We left messages at many companies, but never got a response. One of the calls we made was to a company whose parents gave us their son's company number. We called stating where we got the number, no response. We called The Roofing Team and got a real person on our first try. This company excels at communication. They came out within 2 days, did the inspection, and sent us a reasonable quote the next day. The project wast finished within a week. Gary the roofer was excellent and we have no leaks. Don't waste your time leaving messages just call this company for results. Makes you wonder why you even have a phone if you are not going to respond. Trust me, when our roof needs replacing, we will make one call to The Roofing

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them that! I've rarely had a company that was so responsive to, not just getting us the bid for our new roof, but following up with the many questions we had. Cristi was our contact and her explanations were clear and her patience with us was amazing. Just great customer service. They were able to start right away, finished it in three days and it looks absolutely wonderful. I can't put into words how great I feel about this company. They will always be at the top of my list if anyone is looking for roofing, gutters, etc.
