Roofing USA

Have not used this company yet. John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the attic area and discovered existing leaks, but due to weather conditions (raining) could not do the roof inspection. He is a very professional gentleman and left an excellent impression on us. We’ve made a new appointment when he’ll come and do the roof inspection and provide us a proposal to install new roof. If we end up using this company, I’ll be able to provide a more comprehensive feedback. Update: They have finished the job now and we’re very happy with their professionalism, quality of work and service orientation. Highly recommend them.

I asked my neighbor why he was getting a new roof, since our houses were built around the same time (12 years ago). He said he had hail damage from a storm that recently came through. He gave me Cooper's card with Roofing USA. Cooper answered the phone when I called and was at my house with a drone later that afternoon. He and Tim went up on the roof and took pictures of what was obviously hail damage. Cooper and Tim helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance and took care of everything from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance company to get the claim approved (it wasn't easy!) and communicated with me throughout the entire process start to finish. The day of the install, I got a text with a link so I could see exactly when the crew would arrive at my house. Throughout the process I received updates via text so I knew exactly what was going on!
