Lee and His crew came to our home and installed a metal roof the first day they removed all the old roofing and replaced some sheeting that was bad then installed a synthetic felt and had the roof on the front of.the house the first day before 430 pm after they cleaned up ,Lee said he'd see me early in the AM because a storm was coming and he have to beat it , and after seeing them do the front side with the team workmanship (Not one person was standing or doing nothing they all worked together)) I had no worries and at 6 am they were there getting everything ready to go and NC they got started they moved right along cold didn't seam to bother them around 1 pm they were putting the top pieces on everything was perfect Lee came down and talked with me he told me now you wo MMB t have an

Lee does not like to follow up when he says he will. Most of my frustration has to do with his lack of care and communication. He ordered the wrong color windows, and our install was delayed multiple times. It took roughly a year from when we paid him to when he decided to do the work. The windows were installed quickly, but the screens had holes in them. Lee would not fix this, so I've just bought broken windows. We had an agreement to repair some more windows but at this point I never want to hear from him again. He's always trying to get the cheapest products at the cheapest price. I had to tell him multiple times that I didn't want cheap, I wanted NICE. I really felt uncomfortable with how often he was trying to convince me to get less than what I wanted. Lee and his Crew Done a great job on our roof. He came when he said he would, and done what he said he would do. They went above and beyond to take care of my bushes, and flower beds. He was easy to communicate with and helped me pick out the color shingles that would look the best. I Highly Recommend Lee

Lee @ Roofs R Us needs to work on his communication skills with customers. He didn’t seem to want the job. His emails were very short and to the point. Also he made no effort to come to my home to discuss the job. When I spend that amount of money, I want to discuss it in person. I went with another company who was very receptive and came to my home several times. First to do the quote, second to receive down payment and get his measurements. Then he came back to let me know how much more it would be as I chose a special order color.
