However, I ultimately chose Roofserv due to the availability and responsiveness of their operation manager, who facilitated clear communication and addressed any inquiries I had regarding the process. Upon completion of the roof, I noticed minor imperfections in the finish. Fortunately, Roofserv promptly addressed these issues and assured me that they would take further action if the problem persists. RoofServ did an unbelievable job replacing my roof; Jullian and his team were great to work with. I have already recommended them to several friends and neighbors. RoofServ had the best price and warranty combination of all the quotes I got. My roof was 20+ years old with asphalt shingles, we replaced it with GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural Roof Shingles. From teaching me about materials, completing paperwork, timelines, stripping the roof, replacement, and clean up -- it was all an excellent experience.

My wife and I bought our house nearly 5 months ago. A condition of our purchase was warranty work from Roofserv. The work is still not complete. In addition, they’ve actually caused a new leak from their work. Be wary of them honoring their warranty in a timely manner. The problem with the coating is not the aesthetics (we actually preferred the way it looked); the problem is that it is failing. It comes off on shoes and tracks into the house. The roof is designed to double as an outdoor deck and the failing coating prevents its use. Note I am not saying the warranty is not being honored. I am saying five months is WAY too long. And I have to chase you down for scheduling, not the other way around.
