Nathan guided us through the process, first by thoroughly explaining, when quoting, our options and his recommendations for shingles, some special flashing challenges owing to a previous add-on and also that one side would need to be hand-nailed owing to an extreme pitch. That helped us also ask the right questions when we got competing estimates. Price quoted was competitive (15% less than others) and accurate. We weren’t required to pay a deposit and the price quoted is what we paid. Update 12/1/25: We found a small leak in the attic. Charles sent out his team on three occasions to find and fix. It has been fixed. Again, a really good company and good people to work with. We had our roof replaced by Rooftec last week and the process could not have gone any better! When I left for work in the morning they were just getting started, and when I returned that evening the only indication they had even been here was our beautiful new roof. As an added bonus they also provided the documents and pictures my insurance company needed before we even knew what would be required. Highly recommend!!!
