Great process from start to finish. Joel was very accommodating and helpful when deciding on floor choice. Nicole was very responsive to inquiries, providing information, scheduling and billing. Installers were courteous and did a great professional job. We are very happy with the result.

We just had our dining room floor replaced by Room Flippers and are so happy with our decision to go with them. Their prices were fair and their turn-around time was amazing; we got our floor completed in time for the holidays! Previously, this was my least favorite room in our house and now I think it will be one of my favorites! We had white carpet and had Room Flippers replace it with solid handscraped hickory hardwood. I'm a local realtor in the area and see all kinds of flooring, both good and bad. This floor rocks! We went to 4 companies to get estimates and feel Room Flippers understood our needs the best. Instead of a dining room, it's now a reading, poker and wine room! We will get so much use out of it now. Much thanks to Joel, Nicole and their wonderful and professional install
