Matthew was very professional patient and nice. Customer service was his priority and he took pride in it.It was the absolute pleasure to have Matthew come out and diagnose and fix the problem. Exceptional service at a fair rate. Highly recommend using Roosters heating and Cooling!

Matt responded quickly, came over to check out my furnace and give me an estimate. He was up front about costs and was quick to assess the issue and fix it while he was here. He didn't over charge or try to offer services I wasn't asking for. He is definitely my go to guy from now on!

Matthew Smith the owner of Rooster came by my home to give me a second opinion on a service check that was done by Bill's heating and air. Bill's service provider told me I had major damage and need to replace heat exchanger or replace the furnace completely. After carefully expecting my furnace by Matthew he clearly saw the unit was fine and could be run safely without any issues. Because of Matthew honesty and integrity he saved me thousands of dollars that Bill's wanted to charge me. Not only that Matthew did not charge me to come out to my home or the time he spent to service my furnace. We need more men of integrity like Matthew in our world.
