Root Masters was recommended by a family member who uses them regularly to snake and maintain their main drain from the house to the city connection. I called to have them do the same and to snake a chronically slow sink drain. I opted for their scope service for tire main drain. Josh and Jason were professional, friendly, neat and really knew their craft. They scoped the main drain and found it clear and not in need of snaking. They also flagged a potential problem with a pipe and gave me a few options and pricing to fix it, including how I could fix it myself.
