Rooter Man

Rooter Man Had someone come out day before Thanksgiving to clear a line and the tech never reconnected the pipe under the sink. Wife went to wash dishes after thinking he fixed it and boom water everywhere. Flooded my kitchen and got under my flooring. Also when he went on the roof he knocked the drain out in the laundry room and never went check it. Laundry room also flooded. Didn't stop there. My sink drain did not leak before and magically after it did. Tech tells my wife it has to be changed and he proceeded to put a stainless steel drain on my expensive gunmetal sink. My wife tells him after and they try to tell her oh well brushed nickel would have cost more. Again its gunmetal and we didn't care about the price. They sent a deceptive mitigation team and made agreements to pay throu

Called Rooter Man when things were not flowing, prompt service, really nice technician explained everything in detail, and gave my plumber the information he needed on 120+ year old sewer lines.
