Rooter Man takes great care of us! They respond promptly/fit us in quickly when we need their help, and that means a lot. Big thanks to Travis for both the little fixes and tackling the plumbing emergencies with skill, and for letting me watch/ask questions and learn what I can along the way. I cannot say enough great things about Dean and his team at Rooter Man Plumbing. After discovering a water leak under the slab of my house, I was stressed and unsure how disruptive or expensive the repair would be. Dean immediately put my mind at ease with his knowledge, honesty, and clear explanation of the process. A full home repipe sounds overwhelming, but Dean and his crew completed the entire job in just ONE DAY, which is nothing short of amazing. I called Rooter-man this morning at 8:30 am to inspect a sewage smell. Nelson remembered me from service a few years ago, and sent Rob and Trey out within hours. When they got here they diagnosed problem within minutes and were gone. My experience with this team was very positive. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and fair.
