Jerry came to my house to unclog one toilet, and in the process, he broke through the bowl on my other toilet, as the 2 were back to back. He knew he broke it. He was in such a rush to get his money and get out. The toilet he broke the bowl on was working fine before he came. I called him a few months later, after another plumber told me why and how that toilet got broken. Jerry refused to take responsibility or to cover any of my costs to fix/replace that toilet. He said "Why didn't you call me back right then to come back and fix it?" and I said "You knew you had broken it and you said you had no idea why it all of a sudden wasn't working. And why would I call you back to fix it when you're the one who broke it?" Plus, he was pretty messy and left a lot to clean up. Would NOT recommend t
