What a great experience with Rooter MD! I really appreciated getting service the same day I called. We had Josh out to fix a major leak in our home. He took the time to explain the issue and what he needed to do to fix it properly. He also thoroughly answered all my questions. He was precise and efficient and made sure he cleaned the area afterward. The quote was reasonable and the work performed was outstanding! I have used other plumbing companies in the past but moving forward, Rooter MD will be my first call.

I called with the impression I would be dealing with a reputable company. I diagnosed and explained the problem over the phone. Pipe connection came a loose and the strainer in kitchen needed some putty. Daniel had audacity to say to putti the strainer $400 and to connect the pipe $99 =$499 for less than 10 min of work. When I told him I was familiar with the charge and that is insane, he calls his boss. His boss says charge her $99. I over heard Daniel say I'll get her on the back end. In other words he only seal the strainer for $99 and try to charge me more to connect it to the rest of the pipe. Who calls and pays a plumber to leave with a leak. He then he try's to write a contract that say he looked at the problem Nothing stating a fix. He finally fixed all for $99 it took him 8 min.

Rooter MD is a great company! The staff truly communicates in a great way. The receptionists took my call, answered my questions quickly. She booked an appointment and told me she would call me later that afternoon to confirm the exact day and time as there was a possibility to have the appointment a day earlier than scheduled IF a current job finished on time. She called when she said she would and we were able to get the appointment moved up sooner. The morning of the appointment she called to let me know when the contractor was showing up. Then when he showed up, he was super pleasant and very efficient in his job that needed to be done! I could not ask for anything better! Thanks!

Called just before the holidays to save myself from a possible Christmas disaster. I have a kitchen line that needs service every few years to avoid a back up. Also had what I expected was a one off issue on my main line a few years back but wanted checked just for peace of mind. Techs were super chill & nice, also very clean & tidy. As expected my kitchen line was in bad shape as I waited a bit too long. My main line was clear for the most part so that made me happy to know. Overall very happy they were fast scheduling the appt. And showed up right on time. I will definitely be using them in the future to service my kitchen line, or any other unwanted issues that may pop up. Thx!
