I am a General Contractor. I called RooterPLUS because my normal plumber was already responding to an emergency project and I had a broken water line in an apartment community. RooterPLUS sent a plumber out. He decided he wanted a second, more experienced technician to come out with an excavator, with a $1,600 minimum exploratory charge. The second guy offered to cap off the plumbing pipe and install a ball valve, for another $2600 in order to stop the water, which would allow water to be restored to most of the 1,200 residents in the community. The guy then bid $16,000 to run a new water line 20 feet to the building, and install a pressure reducing valve and an underground valve box and cover. He said for $23,000 total, he would install the pipe on a bed of gravel and backfill the d

They came out and performed a repair on our neighborhood. They gave us a timeline as the entire neighborhood was without water and had it on in time. Cameron was great and communicative.

This is a scam company not gonna lie. They will come and pump your septic field lines etc but they are going to charge you almost $2k in upcharges. Hopefully class action coming soon.

Got a free septic assessment from rooter, and their recommendation was 5x that of a competitor. “We can go ahead and do it while we’re here.” They would have installed a riser (which I already have), replaced a drain pipe that’s working, and used their oxidizer treatment (with a warranty of course). I just had a great experience with septic blue. I’m so glad I got a second opinion.
