HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Scammers!!!! The initial setup with the SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, I feel is a lure without a full DISCLOSURE!!! They will give you a low ball figure on what the cost should be ......come out to your house do the service and give you a completely different price WITH all these ADDED FEE'S!!!!!!! We budgeted according to what we were quoted and after the technician finished, he states that: "we could potentially have the same issue and for him to really get down to the problem, it would be even more money" Do not use this company!!!! I repeat, do not use this company!!!!!

Be Ware!! do not use this company!! Long consultation with the technician about what’s happening with my plumbing issue. All lies !!!! I nearly spent 3k for nothing telling me it’s my field line & it was the septic tank that needed pumping the entire time. They waited around because I was actually going do financing for 3,000 but i waited for a 3rd estimate which I called another honest plumbing co who cleared my tank that was badly backed up -clogged. Now we are up & running!!! It was a journey ******The first company “Shark “did not get us cleared I paid them a few hundreds for nothing also stated it was the field line. ******This “Root Plumbing” company also stated it is the field line. These companies are fraud & taking consumers money for plumbing work they are not doing. Some ppl doe

This was terrible experience Elijah came out to dig and pump my tank but when this Septic Blue employee arrived he did not want to work. He over stated charges previously quoted by Pat the dispatch who later tells me she’s not psychic. He inflated the cost in hopes I would reframe from having a proper inspection of my tank. When I went inside to call the office manager would you believe Elijah left the property fast leaving my gate open never saying anything. This was so unprofessional, classless and one lazy employee. The office staff Pat was no help when called to complain she ends with she’s no psychic. Terrible service

Went for the pump out special but ended spending a lot more, which was desperately needed. My advice is to have your septic system maintained. William Moyer explained everything to us and what it was going to cost. Mr. Moyer was professional and got us back up and running.

Run!! This company is not professional. I called for a quote and was not able to take down what was being said so I asked for an email with the details. The representative told me "they don't do that". In other words you don't want to give me what you are saying in writing. Not doing business with you!!
