Art, Dan, Gabe & Tina were fantastic to work with. When our furnace went out, Art quickly came over for a quote and answered all of my questions. Tina was awesome getting me on the schedule and keeping me in the loop. On install day, Dan and Gabe got to my house bright and early and got right to work, methodically and carefully removing my old furnace, installing my new one, and upgrading my pvc vents. I’d be happy to recommend this crew to any friends and family.

They arrived prompt and my repair person Gabe was polite and great to work with. He listened carefully. Tina from the main office was also great to work with. There was quick follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Good to work with and very good customer service.

Above and beyond service, installation and maintenance. They were able to find and install central air in my home and my boarding/grooming kennel. Art was outstanding in coming out doing a walk thru and coming up with options for systems and qoutes in a more than timely manner. The crews were great in notifying of their arrival and plans for the next days install so I could work around them. They were considerate of my boarding guests ❤️ and what was safest for them! The girls in the office were ALWAYS kind and helpful. I am very pleased with my updated systems they are efficient and do a fabulous job at keeping my family and guests comfortable all year long, I am so very grateful to the whole team at Roots. Definitely recommend 100%

I called for service on my furnace when I woke up to a cold house. Tina was very friendly on the phone and scheduled me for repair quickly. Gabe was at my house within 20 minutes of ending my call and was able to get it repaired same day. The price was very reasonable, he was very personable and willing to explain what he was doing. I highly recommend Roots for your repairs.

My furnace quit on me and I called Roots for the first time. , Thomas checked it out and found that the board was still under warranty and it was promptly ordered . Gabe installed it when it came in , I was very pleased with both of them, they were knowledgeable and efficient with their work. They were helpful in answering questions and was easy to talk to .
