Root's Tree Service

We had Dusty and his crew here for the last two days, removing a dozen very large pine trees. Dusty was very informative about which trees needed to be removed in order to keep our house safe. He also trimmed my lilac for me, which was taller than the roof line of the house. The crew was very professional, and it was a lot of fun to watch them work. They also left our property very clean and undamaged. They even swept the leaves and limb pieces from the street in front of the house. We would certainly recommend them!

Root Tree Service Conklin New York. Just had Dusty and his outstanding crew cut down down remove six large Evergreen trees. Here at 7:30 and done at 9:30 am. Trees down and gone, stumps grined down, every twig gone and, yard looks like they were never here. Outstand profession job and crew. I highly recommend this outstanding company for tree removal and stump grinding. We had two trees we felt were no longer safe - called for an appointment to inspect the trees and promptly got a reasonable quote for removal. Had to wait a bit for the actual removal - Mother Nature is not always cooperative with the weather. Once they got started, Root's Tree Service completed the work quickly and efficiently, leaving our yard undamaged, neat, and tidy. It was amazing to watch them take the trees down - like acrobatic choreography with branches and limbs. Dusty Root is a gentleman - charming, friendly, and personable, and his crew is professional, considerate, and hardworking. We're very happy with the work they did for us.

I called to get an estimate for tree removal. He made an appointment and didn't show or call. Then I called the next day, and he tried to tell me that my appointment was for that day. He gave us a quote and said he would be sending us a contract. It's been almost a month and we haven't heard a thing. We called the office and have left several messages and no one has called back.

Root's Tree Service was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, professional, organized, and hard working. They also took great care to keep from damaging the lawn and cleaned up afterwards.
