Roper Plumbing is great! They came right out when we had an after hour emergency. Jacob was so very friendly and knowledgeable, he is still working on solving our problem a few days later, walking us through each and every step and what to expect. Their attention to detail is superb. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing plumbing services.

I appreciate the timely, professional response. From the beginning phone call, the front desk was kind, patient and helpful gathering the information on my back-up. It wasn't soon after that I was told of an opening for the plumber to come to my assistance. When the plumber arrived we were relieved as he began to work out our commode issue. Shortly after his arrival, that sweet sound I was waiting to hear. That wonderful sound of rushing water with every test flush. We thank your company and we recommend Roper Plumbing when you have plumbing needs or come across those pesty plumbing problems.

We called and needed a new water heater. Appointment was set up for Monday. It was determined that we ordered a water that was too big and we needed to have more guys to come take old one out. So we had to reschedule for Friday when a new water heater was ordered. Four guys came for the appointment and started on the replacement. They were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They put cardboard down and were very helpful. We appreciate the time and effort they put in. Only thing was about the extra charge if a credit card was being used. That would have been helpful by the customer service person in the office to let us know. Thank you again to all the guys!

I managed to turn a simple plumbing project into a live-action water feature on a Saturday morning. My pipe lost. The Roper plumbing crew is awesome! They showed up on time, extremely professional, laid down temporary rugs, and gave us the white glove treatment! 10/10 will recommend and use again if we have any issues. Fair price and professional. All I can ask for!
