I genuinely wanted to like this company. The technicians who came to my home were always polite and professional, and for a while I believed I had found a reliable HVAC service. Unfortunately, the management has consistently been the opposite. Every interaction over the phone has left me feeling disrespected, talked over, and dismissed. They do not take the time to listen, and the way they speak to customers is surprisingly rude. When I moved in, they provided me a quote to replace my entire HVAC system, and I had planned to move forward when the time was right. Showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout the process, and handled everything efficiently without overcomplicating the job. Great initial design and quote. Install was great as well. Ropers was able to make on the fly modifications to optimize the install to fit our small home. They even registered out system. Highly recommend their install and services.

Jack and his team came out to our home for a split level a few weeks ago (December 2025) and his team were very professional and did great work. Their team is integrity driven and their customer service was on point. If we could give 6 stars we would. Highly recommend.
