I tried to schedule services with him multiple times. When he would answer the phone (which was not very often) he would ask if I was a robot or telemarketer. Odd, but I can look past that. He told me he could come out on a Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and went with no word. Called him Thursday, no answer. Friday was the same. The next week, it took several calls to get an answer. I asked if we could schedule now, he said he had customers in the shop he would call me back. And never did! Ended up going with American lock and key out of auburn who was very professional and came when they said they would!

Called numerous times over the course of two hours (during business hours) and never got an answer and no voicemail was available to leave a message. It's hard to support local businesses when they won't answer the phone. I ended up calling a locksmith in Auburn that was most accommodating and quite reasonable.

He will say he’s coming and never shows. With no phone to follow up.

I called Monday before my Thursday off to schedule a time to come in to get a key fob programmed. I was told to call the day before to plan for the next day. I called Wednesday to tell them I would be there Thursday morning. I told the guy I spoke with I would be there at 9. (I operate in Eastern time) I sat there from 8:45 to 9:50. Called the number several times, got "Verizon Wireless, your call can not be completed as dialed". Either I was under the impression he works in EASTERN time like the rest of the city he has a shop in, or he is just not following his own business time.

When asked about times to bring my car over to print a new key, I was told to call back later. It felt as if the man I was speaking with did not want my business as I could only reach him 30% of the time.
