Unprecedented service. Our pump went out on a Sunday and we had to leave a message but we heard back in a short time. And before the day was over we had a new pump installed. Mark was very friendly and determined to get our water restored quickly. Thankful for their reliable, efficient and excellent service.

Rorrer had been the company who originally dug the well, so we called them when our water went out. The guy came within a few days, which was fine. He was very courteous and gave us an estimate, which was $5700.00. We do not keep that kind of money around, which I am sure we are not the only ones who do. We immediately started paying two hundred a month. We were informed by Samantha that this was not satisfactory, and must pay the amount in full immediately or they would file for a judgment. We spoke with Samantha numerous times and advised her we would pay the bill in full, just not at one time. Placed a phone call at 830am and spoke with the receptionist who stated she would pass along that I was interested in a new well & needed my current well repaired as we had no water. She said she’d get a technician to reach out soon. Called back at 250pm & she said they don’t have reception or are at a job site. Called Fenton & they immediately were honest about availability & got a tech out asap. Extremely disappointed in this “small town” company. So grateful for Fenton’s!

Well pump went out on a Monday evening. Called Rorrer the next day afterI replaced the control box and pressure switch. Alex came out Wednesday to replace the pump and cable from the head to the pump. Had us back on water same day. Thanks so much for the excellent, diligent response.

Our well pump had a faulty pressure relief valve and so we called Rorrer Well Drilling at the recommendation of a friend. Rorrer sent out Derek who was able to solve the problem and was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We thank Rorrer for the exceptional service.
