I used them for years but I decided to stop using them an try someone else this other company customer service is better an they take heap so I took my heap away from this company

Excellent customer service. Great communication, professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Everytime I fill up I have to flush my oil line. Or have a case of Hotshot on hand (of course I only use one bottle).

They just delivered the oil to me and it was very fast and the price was good. I recommend it 100%, it is a good company and they are loyal. I am very satisfied with them.

Terrible customer service. The worst of the worst. I don’t know who trained these people, but they received ZERO customer experience training. The communication between the drivers and the main office is broken; they don’t correlate. They have no accountability for when they’re wrong. They’re rude in a very sarcastic way. I ordered some oil service. While I’m on my way home, the driver comes to the house. The driver calls me, and I confirm the order. The driver asked if I was going to pay over the phone, and I said yes. Then the oil company calls to collect the payment. I said, “I'm about 20 minutes away from my house, I'm on the highway driving, so when I get home, I’ll give you the card information.” The woman said, “Oh no, we don’t do that. We need the card now, or the driver has to le
