Great customer service. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and caring and professional. Will came out and ran some tests and told me what was wrong and what i needed for my unit to work properly again. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I need to start off by telling you all that there is a company in this town called FaithCo. They told me I needed a completely new system and we’re going to charge me $37,000. Told me my present system had cracks in it, and it was leaking carbon monoxide. Right at Christmas time! Rose City Air came out for a second opinion at no charge. They told me my HVAC. system and it was absolutely fine. All I needed was a new thermostat! I ordered the thermostat on my own and they charged me $78 to set it up. Wow wow wow …be careful out there . Shane from Rose City Air was such a kind, very experienced and professional man. You are my new go to company forever, from now on.

Heath is such a great guy and is always so helpful and attentive to whatever we need or ask him to do! I appreciate his willingness so much! Always does a great job and will do anything I ask of him! Top notch service!

Shane is what I would call an excellent service man. I spent 30 years in the service industry and I know a good one. He went beyond book knowledge and applied intuitive and deductive reasoning to fix a very unusual problem. Great job !!!

Put in a request online for service, called me quickly and was at my house within an hour! The technician was friendly, explained to me what was wrong and got it fixed while he was there. Great experience and great pricing!
